USER INSTRUCTIONS FOLDING BENCH

FOR STORAGE

3. Hold under rollers and push bench upwards

1. Un screw wing nut to release cable

2. Un screw and Remove

Threaded Pin

4. Refit Threaded Pin to secure in place

Ensure Threaded Pin passes through both bracket and metal loop before screwing in place

Ratio Adjustment

For 1:1 ratio (max 50kg) remove pin from cable and place through bracket only

For 2:1 ratio (max 100kg) place pin through bracket and cable

Weight Lock

When in use loosen screw in

Locking Collar so it moves up & down freely.

To prevent accidents when not in use ensure the

Weight Locking Collar is secured .
