POWER LEADER™ Power Supply
Function
The POWER LEADER™ Power Supply (Catalog
Number PLPS4G01) provides 24 Vdc control power to
MicroVersaTrip PM™ Trip Units used on both Power
Break® insulated-case circuit breakers and Type АКК _
low-voltage power circuit breakers, Control power is
needed to configure the Trip Unit, energize the liquid
crystal display, and perform protective-relay functions
when other external power is not available. Control
power is required for the Trip Unit’s communication
function.
Application
+ Use 14-18 AWG wire for all connections.
+ The maximum allowable wire length from the
Power Supply to a Trip Unit is 100 feet.
‚ A maximum of 45 Trip Units may be powered
from a single Power Supply.
