系統將使用名稱為 SAP-Workforce-Performance-Builder-Instant-Producer.msi 的安裝檔案完成安裝。此安裝程式將

若要安裝新的主要版本 (如 Instant Producer 9.2)， 請注意：將不會自動解除安裝已安裝的先前主要版本 (如 Instant
Producer 9.1) 。
您必須手動解除安裝較舊的 Instant Producer 版本。請閱讀＜解除安裝＞一章以查閱作法。請考量 Instant Producer
的所有版本中皆使用相同的工作區域。隨後使用較舊的 Instant Producer 版本開啟更新的工作區域時，可能會導致應
用程式故障和資料不一致。

使用自訂程式路徑更新 Instant Producer
若您將先前的 Instant Producer 版本安裝於自訂路徑 (例如：D:\programs\Instant Producer)，並要使用相同自訂路
徑安裝新的主要 Instant Producer 版本，則必須先解除安裝先前的 Instant Producer 版本，才能安裝新版本。將先前
版本解除安裝後，便可再次使用自訂的安裝路徑。

工作區域
安裝 Instant Producer 後會自動產生工作區域，並直接匯入必要資源。工作區域為所有組態和內容檔案所儲存的資料
夾，包含巨集組、氣泡框樣式、trainer 等。
工作區域將位於以下資料夾：

按一下滑鼠右鍵開啟該連結的內容功能表，然後開啟連結的屬性。

隨即於 目標 下顯示 ipro.exe 的路徑。在欄位中手動輸入該工作區域的路徑。路徑應類似以下：

輸入工作區域路徑時，若路徑名稱中有任何空格，必須使用括號。若沒有空格，則不一定要使用括號。
使用環境變數開啟工作區域
如同使用 Instant Producer 連結直接開啟工作區域，您也可定義 Windows 環境變數以開啟工作區域。例如可根據電腦
名稱和登入的使用者，允許該使用者由第三方系統開啟 Instant Producer。
若要進行此動作，請依照下列程序進行：
"C:\Program Files\SAP\ipro\ipro.exe" -wa "C:\temp\%username%"
"C:\Program Files\SAP\ipro\ipro.exe" -wa "C:\temp\%computername%"

連線至 Manager
SAP Workforce Performance Builder Manager 是以伺服器為基礎的正式運作環境，以支援作者群組。該環境所儲存
的中央工作區域會收集並管理資源和學習單位。
請注意
Manager 不構成 Instant Producer 的部份標準執行效能範圍，且需要單獨授權。您可自客戶顧問取得進一步
明細。
中的先決條件 Manager
將您 Instant Producer 連線至 Manager 前，必須先確定已具備特定先決條件：
您必須設定中央工作區域，以管理 Instant Producer 可存取的專案和資源。
您必須在 Manager 中設定要使用 Instant Producer 的使用者，並將必要的作者權限指派給他們。
若專案在 Manager 中已預先定義，則須指派給個別作者。這些作者在 Instant Producer 中工作時，便可透過
取得專案.. 功能自動下載產品。
7.1
建立連線
當使用者登入 Manager 時，系統將會在工作區域畫面中提供 連線 Instant Producer 選項。按一下此按鈕後，可能會啟
動名稱為 connection.managerConnection 的檔案。此為 Instant Producer 的連線檔案，包含連線至 Manager 的所有
必要設定 (有關 Manager 環境、已登入的使用者和所選工作區域)。
在檔案上按兩下，作者即可透過登入對話方塊連線至 Manager。隨後中央可用的所有資源皆會下載至本機工作區域，
因此連線至 Manager 的 Instant Producer 便會收到相同的資源和設定。更新 Manager 上可用的資源時，Instant
Producer 將會在下次啟動後自動下載已更新的版本。
