Cypress 2004 offers an intuitive user interface with its multifunctional display and designated softkeys. Configure up to 44 programmable keys (six physical user-defined feature keys, six lines/features, and two Key Expansion Modules (KEMs) for maximum), utilize the four soft keys to seamlessly navigate the menu system and select items, and take advantage of the six specialized fixed keys for quick access to Quit, Copy, Directory, Message (Inbox), Outbox, and Services.

Displaying the menu
Follow this procedure to access the main menu. You must be logged on to access the main menu system.

On the IP Phone, perform one of these actions:
• press the Menu soft key
• press the Services key
The main menu opens.
Perform one of these actions:
• Select Log off
• Select Audio
• Se l ect Di splay .
