Keyboard Backlight
Repeat Delay
The value assigned for this parameter determines the delay in milliseconds between repeat characters. Sliding the
Repeat Delay
bar to the left increases the delay between key repeats while sliding the bar to the right shortens the repeat delay time.
Repeat Rate
The value assigned for the
Repeat Rate
parameter determines how quickly the key you press repeats and is measured in characters per second (cps). Sliding the bar to the left slows the repeat rate, and sliding the bar to the right increases the repeat rate.
Note: Use the field at the bottom of this dialogue box to test the repeat delay and rate settings you’ve chosen.

• In the Keyboard Properties dialogue box, open the Backlight tab.

ON Threshold
The
ON Threshold
sliding bar allows you to determine how dark the ambient light needs to be before the keyboard backlight turns on.
Intensity
This parameter is used to adjust the light intensity of the 7535 keyboard backlight.
Sliding the bar to the left darkens the keyboard backlight intensity, and sliding it to the right lightens the intensity.
