Installing the Rack-Mount Plate

To attach the rack-mount plate:

1. Slide the power switch connector cable through the middle opening on the front of the chassis (see Figure 9).

2. Pull the power switch connector cable through into the chassis to the system board.

3. Connect the power switch connector cable to the system board in the same location where the power-on ribbon cable had been installed.

When routing the cable, keep the cable away from any exposed fans.

4. Install the eight screws to secure the rack-mount plate to the front of the chassis.
