Control with DVR TV8901-03

Enter the MAIN MENU of the recorder by pressing MENU button.

Go to EXTERNAL DEVICE – PANTILT SETUP – COMMAND SETUP:

1. CHANNEL

Select the input of Eytron Recorder where your camera is connected. It is not stringent required that the video cable of the camera is connected to recorder. Only a RS485 connection is required.

The configuration here will be linked to the corresponding channel buttons.

2. MODE

Select the protocol here. Please choose TBT here

3. PTZ ID

Select the ID of the Camera you want to control (refer to page 65)

It is advisable when camera ID and channel number are the same for better usability

4. BAUDRATE

Select the Baud Rate you have set in the camera (refer to page 67)

5. CMD DELAY

Please select 1 ms here. Other values will also work in most cases.

The domes can be controlled after correct configuration as following:

ƒ Press the channel button of the camera you want to control.

ƒ Press PTZ button once to control the camera e.g. with direction buttons.

ƒ Press PTZ button twice and MENU button to enter menu of the camera. The OSD menu will be shown on monitor. Use direction buttons to navigate in the menu.
