5.24 _7200_GetOverrunStatus
@ Description
When you use _7200_DI_DMA_Start to convert Digital I/O data with double buffer mode enabled, and if you do not use
_7200_DblBufferTransfer to move converted data then the double buffer overrun will occur, using this function to check overrun count.
