CIC Jot

Jot is a fast and easy to use handwriting recognition system for your PenCentra 130.
It is designed for maximum speed and accuracy while using a minimal amount of memory. Jot has a patented user interface that allows convenient and natural handwritten input on small devices.
You get fast, accurate recognition with Jot’s natural character set and unique user interface.
You can write anywhere on the screen. Jot recognizes characters - uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, gestures and macros - according to where you write them. The Mode Mark - pointers that appear on the side of your PenCentra 130's display and form an imaginary line across the screen - act as your reference.
• Letters written below the Mode Mark are recognized as lower case.
• Letters that extend from the lower half of the screen to the upper half (across the imaginary line) are recognized as upper case.
• Write numbers above the Mode Mark.
• Write most characters with a single stroke.
• Mode Mark is adjustable.
You can enter the same character shape to write an upper and a lower case letter, depending on where you write on the screen.
