To write a circle gesture, write the letter, then immediately draw a circle around it.
Using the Trainer 4
You can personalize the way Handwriter interprets what you write, by using the Recognition Tuner.
When you tap Trainer on the Advanced tab, the Handwriter Trainer appears:
• To fine-tune a particular character, tap that character’s tab.
• To fine-tune all the characters in sequence, tap next.
• To reset the Trainer to its defaults, tap Reset to Default.
Tap OK to return to the Recognizer Properties dialog box.
CIC On-Screen Keyboard

The On-Screen Keyboard allows you to enter data into your PenCentra 130 using a virtual keyboard.

Creating a New Fax

To create a new fax, tap the New Fax button, or choose New Fax from the Fax menu.
An item named “New Fax” appears in the Fax Workspace. Type a new name for your fax and press Enter.
Adding/Removing Recipients
After creating or selecting a fax, either from the Fax Workspace or from the Outbox, you can add recipients. With bFAX you can make use of the integrated PenCentra
130 Contacts list and fax to multiple recipients.

Adding a Recipient
Tap the Add Recipient button, tap Add Recipient from the Fax menu, or double tap the empty area of the Recipient window. The Add Recipient dialog box will appear.

With bFAX you can either enter the information or tap the Contacts box and scroll to select one or more recipients from your PenCentra 130 Contacts list.
The new recipient appears in the Recipient list for the selected fax.
Removing a Recipient
Select the recipient you wish to delete from the Recipient list and tap the delete button, or choose Delete from the Edit menu. Note: This will delete recipients only from the Recipient window. They will remain in your PenCentra 130 Contacts list.

Adding/Removing Documents
After creating or selecting a fax, either from the Fax Workspace or from the Outbox, you can add documents to it. bFAX allows you to send as many documents as you wish.

Tap the Add Document button, choose Add Document from the Fax menu, or double tap in an empty area of the Document window. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to browse for the file you wish to send. Select the desired file and choose Open to add it to the Document window. Note: Once added to the fax, documents will remain in the Document window until removed.
Removing a Document
In the Document window, tap the document you wish to delete. Then tap the delete button, or choose Delete from the Edit window. Note: This will delete documents only from the Document window. They will remain in your PenCentra 130 Contacts list.

Sending a Fax
Once you have created or selected a fax from the Fax Workspace or Outbox list and ensured that it has at least one document and one recipient, you are ready to send it.

Tap the Send Fax button, or choose Send Fax from the Fax menu. Confirm that the
Dialing preferences are set correctly on the confirmation dialog box that appears, and tap the Dial button. To omit the confirmation screen from future faxing operations, tap the check-box labeled “Don’t show this again.” bFAX 4-15
