Cause
Power pack is fully discharged.
Temperature too high or too low
Power pack is not connected correctly or bad contact in the power-pack connector.
Wrong language selected
Remedy
Charge the power pack.
Note: In this case, the instrument display initially remains blank.

Cause
#104: Long-term drift of the sensor.
Remedy
Carry out fresh air calibration / zero-point calibration.
The instrument has found a fault in the IR sensor.
#118: IR sensor faulty.
Switch the instrument off then on again,
remove and reconnect the power pack.
If necessary, replace the IR sensor. If the fault is still displayed, contact DrägerService.
There is no valid zero-point calibration.
Repeat zero-point calibration with a suitable zero gas.

DrägerService.
The instrument has detected a fault in the sensor.
#108: Inconsistent sensor data.
#133: Measuring signal is outside of the permitted range.
Switch the device off and on again. If the fault
still displayed on the instrument, contact
DrägerService.
The CatEx sensor needs oxygen for correct operation. If insufficient oxygen is available, the sensor cannot measure correctly.

Cause
The measuring error is higher during the warming-up phase. Calibration cannot yet be executed.
Remedy
Info Mode provides further details.
Measurements can still be carried out under these conditions.
The sensor no longer has sufficient reserves for calibration
#100: The sensor is not supported by the instrument.
The sensor cannot be used.
For details, contact DrägerService.

Perform bump test
Cause
The instrument has found a fault in the IR sensor.
#127: High IR signal
Switch the device off and on again.
If the fault is still displayed on the instrument, contact DrägerService.
#132: Span falls short of warning setpoint
Remedy
# 137: Bump test failed
Clean the lamp on the PID sensor, see sensor data sheet. If the device continues to display this error, replace the lamp of the PID sensor, see sensor data sheet.
A new bump test is required each time the
Automatic bump test does not start exited.
Repeat bump test, ensure that gas is continuously supplied during the test. If required, re-adjust the sensors.
Rectify the channel or instrument fault and repeat the bump test.
Configure the Dräger X-am 7000.
Dräger X-am 7000 were not configured according to Dräger CC Vision
There is no activated printer with correctly positioned IR interface in front of theBumpTest
Station
Switch on the printer and position the IR interface of the printer in front of the fiberoptic cable of the
BumpTest Station.
The manual Bumptest cannot be started via the "Quick Menu"
One of the channels activated for the Bumptest is in WarmUp or Error mode or an instrument fault has occurred
Wait until the WarmUp time has elapsed, rectify the fault and restart the Bumptest.
