Overview
A project is made up of one or more areas. You can create an area, for example, for each production line or item of equipment to be monitored.
If you want to associate a project with a machine type in EcoStruxure Machine Advisor, the project must contain only one area.

Action
Select the AREAS tab.
Click the Area icon in the toolbar.
In the right sidebar, type the Area name , and if required, a short description.
Optionally, activate Attach document to attach a document to the area, that could be displayed in the document browser in the App.
Click Validate .
Deleting an Area

Action
In the project structure, right-click on the area to delete and choose Remove .
Result: A confirmation window appears.
Click Remove .
