T - Default adjustment of tone dialing

This command imposes MFDT dialing until the next 'P' dialing modifier or the next
'P' command is received. The modem sets an S register bit to '1' to indicate that all subsequent dialing will be tone dialing. Note that the DP command has priority over this command. It clears bit 5 of S14. In certain countries, this command may not be used (see P command).
