Lors de l'installation du terminal sur son support, bien vérifier que l'extrémité de l'étiquette relégendable n'est pas positionnée entre le support et le joint du terminal.

En effet si l'ensemble est soumis à des projections de liquide, il peut y avoir pénétration du liquide dans le terminal par les étiquettes relégendables. Ce qui peut entraîner des défauts de fonctionnement ou choc électrique.

When installing the terminal on its support, make sure that the end of the re-usable label is not positioned between the support of the terminal and the seal.

If it is and the assembly is subject to splashes of projections of liquid, the liquid may penetrate inside the terminal via the labels. This may cause operating faults or electric shocks.

Beim Installieren des Terminals auf seinem Träger muss dafür gesorgt werden, dass das Ende des

Etiketts, das mit einem neuen Text versehen werden kann, nicht zwischen den Träger und die

Terminaldichtung zu liegen kommt.

Wird die Einheit nämlich Flüssigkeitsspritzern ausgesetzt, kann an der Stelle des Etiketts Flüssigkeit in das Terminal eindringen und Betriebsmängel oder Elektroschock verursachen.

Durante l'installazione del terminale sul rispettivo supporto, verificare bene che l'estremità dell'etichetta leggendaria non sia posizionata tra il supporto e il giunto del terminale.

Infatti se il complesso è soggetto a schizzi di liquido, possono verificarsi penetrazioni del liquido nel terminale attraverso le etichette leggendarie, il che può provocare malfunzionamenti o scosse elettriche.

Al instalar el terminal sobre su soporte, verificar que la extremidad de la etiqueta de personalización no esté entre el soporte y la junta del terminal.

De facto, en caso de exposición del producto a proyecciones de líquido, éste puede penetrar al interior por las etiquetas, lo que pudiera provocar fallos o choque eléctrico.

This is a Magelis operator interface that monitors up to 8 ATV28 and/ or

ATV58 drives .

The main functions are :

- display drive application data

- display faults

- display and modify drive parameters

- save modified parameters into the drive memory

This operator interface is not able to Run or Stop the Drive

CONNECTION

- The physical address of TSXSCA62 taps is unimportant, except the address of the tap connected to the terminal which must not be 31.

- The terminal is configured to dialogue with ATV28 or ATV58 speed- drivers, with address 1 to 8.

- To optimize performance, configure drive with consecutive addresses, starting from 1.

- Refer to the ATV28/ 58 manuals for the configuration of their Modbus address.

OPERATION

Navigation principles:

- The ↑ key is used to select an equipment or a function.

- The → key validates the selection.

- ESC is used to return to the previous page.

Variable monitoring pages:

Refer to the ATV28/ 58 manuals for the meaning of the displayed variables.

“Thermal status” page

- The digital value flashes above the 100% threshold.

- The bar graph flashes above the 118% threshold.

“Fault 1/ 2” page

- This page displays the last 4 faults detected by the drive (ATV28 or ATV58).

“Fault 2/ 2” page

- This page displays the 4 previous faults (ATV58 only).

“I/ O” page

- Variables L15, L16, LO, AI3 are meaningful only for an ATV58.

- Analog inputs AI1, AI2, AI3, AO are scaled according to the ATV58 default configuration.

Adjust page:

The ACC, DEC, LSP, HSP parameters can be modified as follows:

- The MOD key is used to select the variable to modify. The selected variable flashes.

- The → key is used to select the value to modify:

the selected value stops flashing.

- The ↑ key increments the selected figure.

- Pressing ENTER validates the input.

- Pressing ESC cancels the input.

The value modified is stored in the volatile memory of drive.

- The → key is used to save modified values in case of power down.

Follow the procedure displayed on the screen.

DIAGNOSTIC HELP

Problem

Nothing lights up

The screen displays “ ???” and the indicator <=> is steady on

The screen displays

“ CONNECTING…”

Probable cause

The 24VDC power supply is down.

Wiring error

Series link connection wrong.

This value is outside the configured interval [Min., Max.].

The value is not applicable to the for mat scheduled in the configuration.

Normal transient operation: the terminal sets up dialogue with the drives.

Tip

Check that the power supply is compatible with the terminal power rating.

Check 24VDC connection.

Check connections to terminals, speed- drivers and taps TSXSCA62.

Check that the address of the tap connected to the terminal is not 31.

Check connection of the drive and its tap TSXSCA62.

The screen displays “ ???” and the indicator <=> flashes

Some displayed values do not correspond to the drive status.

The drive whose address is given on the displayed page is not correctly connected.

No drive connected has the address indicated on the displayed page.

Several drive are connected with the same Modbus address.

The drive whose address is given on the page is powered down or out-of-service.

This is information specific to an ATV58, whereas the drive used is an ATV28.

The AI3R information is wrong.

A digital value or a bar graph flashes.

The screen displays ###

Check and modify if necessary the Modbus address of the drive.

Check and modify the address of one of the drive.

Check the power supply of the drive.

These are analog inputs of an ATV28

(the terminal is configured to display the analog inputs of an ATV58).

Use an encoder card on ATV58.

If an ATV28 is used, ignore the bracketed information "ATV58". Or, use the XBT- L1000 software to adapt the application to the drives used.

Use the XBT- L1000 to adapt the scaling of these variables to an

ATV28.

Use the XBT- L1000 software to adapt scaling of this variable.

1- Edit the concerned field (double- click on it )

2- Select “ Options …”

3- Modify the conversion parameters and validate the Dialog Boxes

4- Do it again for the fields AI2 and AO from the page I-O( 2/ 2) of each ATV28 drives

5- Do the same thing for all the languages used into the application
