3. Enter a Cook Time (--:--:--). The maximum length is 01:30:00.

4. Press START. The display will count down the cook time.

When the stop time is reached, the oven will shut off automatically.

If enabled, end-of-cycle tones will sound, then reminder tones will sound every minute.

Soften

The Soften function may be used to soften your food. Times and cooking powers have been preprogrammed for a number of food types. Use the following chart as a guide.

To Use Programmed Soften:

3. Use the quickset pad to select the appropriate built-in food category.

4. Use the quickset pad to select one of the preset quantities.

5. To set the desired Doneness, press the quickset pads next to

Doneness then press the “< Less” or “> More” buttons.

6. For more information and instructions, press the quickset pad next to Instructions.

7. Press START.

Boil & Simmer

Boil & Simmer is a sensor function, and uses only microwaves to simmer your food.

■ Follow recommended water and food amounts that appear on the display.

For best cooking results, do not use plastic wrap as a cover during the Boil & Simmer cycle.

Do not remove the lid while the dish is still in the oven, as the rush of steam will disrupt the sensor readings.

■ Use a microwave-safe dish with a loose fitting lid.
