2.2.2. Dispensing system

The dispensing pump dispenses the preparations through the thermostated needle. The needle is washed internally and exter nally at the washing station. The racks tray makes it possible to position the samples to be analyzed and the required re a gents. The level of the distilled water and waste containers is controlled by the analyzer by capacity.

The thermostatation pipe (1) preheats the reagent during dispensing. It is fitted with two connectors at each end. The removable needle (6) is connected to one and the Teflon dispensing pipe (3) is connected to the other, fixed by the fastening connector (5). The PCB (2) contains the thermostatation elements, the thermistor and associated circuits.

The various thermistor and element action signals (3) pass through the hose (4).
