Security 2016 Enabling and disabling event logging
Enabling security
To enable security after it has been disabled.
From the Options menu, click Enable Security. or
Click the Enable Security
button on the toolbar.
Security 2016 will display "Security Enabled" on the top right of the main window to indicate that security is enabled.
Disabling security
To disable security after it has been enabled.
1. From the Options menu, click Disable Security or click the Disable Security on the toolbar.
2. Answer Yes to the "Attention" window to confirm the disabling.

Enabling and disabling event logging
By default, Security 2016 writes all actions performed by the users on the Sage HandiSoft programs to an event log file.
You can enable and disable event logging as follows:
From the Options menu, click Write To Log.

A tick next to the Write To Log menu item indicates that event logging is enabled.
