Problem

You cannot activate or operate the oven.

Possible cause

The oven is not connected to an electrical supply or it is connected incorrectly.

Remedy

Check if the oven is correctly connected to the electrical supply (refer to the connection diagram if available).

Make sure that the settings are correct.

The automatic switch-off is on.

Problem

The descaling procedure is interrupted before it finishes.

There is no water inside the grill- / roasting pan after the descaling procedure.

There is dirty water on the bottom of the cavity after the descaling cycle.

Possible cause

Steam and condensation settle on the food and in the cavity of the oven.

The appliance is activated and does not heat up. The fan does not operate. The display shows "Demo" .

The descaling procedure is interrupted before it finishes.

You left the dish in the oven for too long.

Remedy

Do not leave the dishes in the oven for longer than 15 - 20 minutes after the cooking process ends.

The necessary data for the service centre is on the rating plate. The rating plate is on the front frame of the oven cavity. Do not remove the rating plate from the oven cavity.
