Chapter 4. Using the Chart of Accounts

Your accountant transfers your Chart of Accounts to you on a data disk. The Chart of Accounts can only be altered if you have logged in as 'the accountant'.

Viewing the chart

You are able to view the Chart of Accounts on screen using either of the following methods:

 Press F9 from anywhere in the program.

 From the View menu, click Chart of Accounts.

HandiBiz 2015 will open the "Chart of Accounts" window.

Printing the chart

To print the Chart of Accounts, do the following:

1. Press F9 or, from the View menu, click Chart of Accounts.

2. On the "Chart of Accounts" window, click Print. The "Chart Report" window will open.
