DEBTORS – DELETING

RECORDS

Accrivia maintains a fully integrated system which records and saves all data entered. Deleting a

Debtor record would not be common and usually only performed after setting up an account that has had no transactions added.

1. Select the debtor record you want to delete and click the

to confirm deletion or

[CANCEL]

to return to the debtor record.

A debtor cannot be deleted if it has had a transaction posted against it, instead it will need to be made Redundant instead once the account balance is $0.00.

Once confirmation of a deletion is accepted the data is lost and cannot be retrieved!
