ASSEMBLY

The treadmill you‘ve purchased has already installed the main structure during the factory process.

It its free of installation and can be used after plugging in. The following operations are the detail of the stable handrail and how it its unfolded.

1. Two people lift the treadmill out of the box and place it on a level surface.

Make sure there is a 50 cm open space around the treadmill to fold and take the power cord etc.

2. Stand at the front L / R position on the machine. As shown in the figure, turn the R of the two

adjustment knobs clockwise to rotate it out. Then turn L counterclockwise to rotate it out.

Lift the column up and reach the corresponding position, then thighten the left and right adjustment

knobs.

3. As shown on the right figure, use the hands to lift the

tail of the treadmill properly, then move the treadmill

back and forth. This method is only suitable for short

distance movements in the room.
