Assembly
Before you start using your phone, you need to insert a SmartChip and the battery.
The battery must be removed before the
SmartChip is inserted or removed.
To insert the SmartChip
2 Slide the SmartChip into its holder with the contacts facing down.
To insert the battery
1 Remove the battery cover.

1 Insert the battery with the label side up and the connectors facing each other.
2 Replace the battery cover.
To remove the battery
1 Remove the battery cover.
