argument notes
relate_# related file number or 0 for selected file.
# number of records to be added.
system_variable this will be set to the record number of the last record added.
DUPS Option to create records containing whatever data is in the internal buffer at the time. If DUPS is not specified then all the fields are either set to blank or zero as appropriate to their data type.

(INFO-Text) ADDRECS to an extended file will update the
LRN file.
