RP_name an INFO report: if no output filename is specified, the print will go to a file called rp_name.doc where rp_name.doc is the name of the INFO datafile.
* all reports will be processed. If no output filename is specified, an output file will be created for each report; if an output filename is specified, all print will go to that file.
output filename a filename may be specified to override the default filename.
To use this command, the INFO command 'FILES reportname SAVE' must previously have been used while the files necessary to the report were selected and related.
The DOCRP command puts the report in the current INFO output file into a file called report-name.DOC and appends details of the selected and related files. It is therefore necessary first to run the report to the printer with enough data to illustrate the layout.
Output files produced by this command are intended for further processing with a word processor or an editor for eventual incorporation into a larger document.
