'deselects' the current record from the working set and branches to the end of the even-numbered program section.
note discussion
Any changes to the selected and related records are retained.
If conditional processing within a program even section determines that the current record will not be required for further processing, the record can be dropped from the working set.

DSEL will cause INFO to branch to the end of the evennumbered program section, write out the current file buffers (if they have been updated), remove the current selected record from the set, and proceed with the next selected record as normal.
