allows the user to set the read/write lock on any SYSTEM file to which he/she has access.

1 reader or 1 writer.

N readers and 1 writer.

N readers and N writers.

ufd-pathname Defaults to current ufd.

INVALID SYNTAX will occur if lock is not in the range 0-3.
