Issue an operating system command from within INFO
SPAWN arguments note
item-1 character item or quoted literal containing the operating system command to be executed. May be a file variable in a program even section.
item-2 optional numeric internal variable to return an error code
0 =
1 = command successfully invoked and run.
command not successfully invoked
2 = command successfully invoked but terminated with an operating system error
If both parameters are omitted the command defaults to the

This command can be used to issue operating system internal or external commands from within INFO programs. If item-2 is not included the INFO program will terminate if the command fails.
