EM [operating_system_command]
allows the user to execute an operating system command and to return to the INFO environment without losing the current INFO settings or altering the current INFO select/relate states.
arguments
operating_system_command is a complete command in native syntax. For operating systems which let commands execute without disrupting the user environment, the operating_system_command is optional. For INFO programs, the operating_system_command is required.
An unqualified command will create a sub-process at
Primos level. Entering X will return to the INFO session.
examples
ENTER COMMAND >SYSTEM LD @@DR9
The above will list all files on the current unix directory ending in DR9
ENTER COMMAND >SYSTEM
*** ENTERING PSEUDO PRIMOS - TYPE "X" TO EXIT ***
