除非操作说明书中明确允许,否则不要将传感器安装在暴露在紫外线直
接辐射(阳光)或其他天气影响下的位置。
在调试过程中,必须对设备进行充分的保护,防止潮湿和污垢。
这些操作指南包含传感器寿命周期内所必需的信息。

设计用途
WTB16 是背景抑制型漫反射式光电传感器(以下称为“传感器”),用于物体、动物
和人的非接触式光学检测。如果产品用于任何其他用途或以任何方式改动,则针对
SICK AG 的任何质保申诉将视为无效。

安装
将传感器安装在合适的安装支架上(参见 SICK 配件目录)。
注意传感器的最大允许拧紧力矩为 < 1,3 Nm。
以传感器为参照物,注意物体的优先方向,参见 插图 119,插图 120。

电气安装
必须在断电状态连接传感器。依据不同连接类型,注意下列信息:

报警输出端:传感器 (WTB16) 具有一个预先停机输出端(接线图[参见 表格 3]中的
“Alarm”),该输出仅在传感器运行受限时发送消息。此时,LED 指示灯闪烁。潜在
原因:传感器脏污,未调节传感器。状态良好:LOW (0),脏污严重时则为 HIGH
(1)。
Health 输出端:传感器 (WTB16) 具有一个预先停机输出端(接线图[参见 表格 3]
中的“Health”),该输出端仅在传感器运行受限或电缆断裂时发送消息。潜在原因:
传感器脏污,未调节传感器,电缆受损。状态良好:HIGH (1),脏污严重或电缆断
裂时则为 LOW (0)。此时,LED 指示灯闪烁。
测试输入端
测试输入端:传感器 WTB16 具有一个测试输入端(接线图 [参见 表格 2] 中的“TE”
或者“Test”),使用该输入端可关闭发射器,从而检查传感器功能是否正确:使用配
备 LED 指示灯的电缆插口时应注意相应分配 TE。
物体已识别时,激活测试输入端(参见接线图 [参见 表格 2])。
发送 LED 关闭或者模拟没有检测到物体。参照 表格 5 检查功能。如果开关量输出
的表现不符合图表,则须检查使用条件。参见 „故障排除“, 第 162 页 .

检查使用条件
WTB16 为带背景抑制功能的漫反射光电传感器。根据待检物体及其可能有的位于后
面的背景的反射比,在已设置触发感应距离 (x) 与背景之间保持最小距离 (y)。

检查使用条件:使用随附的图表 [参见插图 5 和 7] 调整触发感应距离和与物体或背
景的距离及物体的反射能力(x = 触发感应距离,y = 已设置的触发感应距离和背景
(白色,90%)之间的最小距离,反射比:6% = 黑色 1,18% = 灰色 2,90% =
白色 3(DIN 5033 规定的标准白))。我们建议您使用低反射比的物体进行设
置。
背景抑制功能的最小距离 (= y) 可以从图表 [插图 111 1] 中如下确定:
示例:x = 400 mm,y = 25 mm。即,当距设置的触发感应距离 > 25 mm 时,才
能抑制背景(白色,90%)。

触发感应距离设置
带按转元件的 WTB16x-xxxxxx2xAxx:
通过按下示教键(约 1-3 秒)调整触发感应距离。根据要求,可使用电位计(不要
按压示教键)进行微调。
向右旋转:提高触发感应距离。
向左旋转:降低触发感应距离。
也可仅通过电位计调整触发感应距离。我们建议使触发感应距离涵盖物体,例如 参
见 插图 116, 第 159 页 。触发感应距离设置完成后,将物体从光路中移除,同时,
将抑制背景并改变开关量输出 (参见 表格 4)。
