INSTALLATION

Remove transport fixing elements from the pumps (Fig. 5).

Prior to installation, ensure that the compressor is free of all transport packaging and stabilizers to avoid any risk of damage to the product.

Remove fixing elements of the pumps once the compressor has been assembled and balanced at the final installation place.

11. PNEUMATIC CONNECTION

11.1. Connecting to the compressed air outlet

Connect the pressure hose (2) to the compressed air outlet (1) of the compressor (Fig. 6).

Secure the pressure hose in the clamp (3) (Fig. 6).

Route the pressure hose through the opening on the left side in the back wall of the cabinet

(Fig. 8) on compressors in cabinet.

11.2. Connecting the cabinet pressure gauge to the compressor

Remove the plug (1) from the threads (2) on the pneumatic block of the compressor.

Connect the cabinet pressure gauge hose to the threaded fitting.

11.3. Connecting the condensate vessel

Connect the condensate drain hose to the condensate bottle on compressors in cabinet.

(Fig. 8)

Put the plug in free inlet of the condensate collection vessel.

Route the hose through the opening in the rear wall of the cabinet for compressors with dryers. Connect the condensate collection tank using the hose to the condensate outlet on the dryer.

Injury hazard.

Do not connect the condensate drain directly to a waste drain! Passers-by may be injured!

INSTALLATION

Risk of damage to pneumatic components.

Air hoses must not be broken.

11.4. Floor installation

Connect the compressor using the hoses prepared in advance in the floor, as per the installation plan.
