Have you already completed installing "RTR-500DC for Windows" and the USB device drivers?

Do not connect more than one RTR-500DC at a time to the PC.

Connect the RTR-500DC with the supplied USB communication cable to your PC to carry out communication.

- Make sure that the cable is inserted fully, so as not to cause an improper connection.

If the screen does not change after connecting the device, the USB driver may not have been installed correctly. Please see [Help for Unit Recognition Failure] and check the USB driver.
