Have you already completed installing "RTR-500DC for Windows" and the USB Device Drivers?

For RTR-501 / 502 / 503 / 505 / 507S

Place a Remote Unit face down on the Base Unit connected to the PC to carry out communication.

Connect the RTR-500DC with the supplied USB communication cable to your

PC to carry out communication.

- Make sure that the cable is inserted fully, so as not to cause an improper connection.

- Do not connect two or more of the same device to your PC at one time.

If the screen does not change after connecting the device, the USB driver may not have been installed correctly. Please see [Help for Unit Recognition Failure] and check the USB driver.
