Atenção! Caso o cabo de rede seja danificado ou cortado, tire imediatamente a ficha da tomada de corrente.
Profundidade de imersão operacional máxima.
As máquinas não devem ser deitadas para o lixo doméstico.
Trabalhos com o aparelho:
• Tome as medidas necessárias para manter as crianças longe do aparelho em funcionamento.
• Descarte o material da embalagem de maneira apropriada.
• Não utilize o aparelho próximo a líquidos ou gases inflamáveis. A inobservância desta regra implica em risco de incêndio ou explosão.
• É proibido usar o aparelho para bombear líquidos agressivos, abrasivos
(de acção abrasiva), corrosivos, combustíveis (p. ex. combustíveis de motores) ou explosivos, água salgada, produtos de limpeza e géneros alimentícios. A temperatura do líquido a ser bombeado não deve exceder
35°C.
• Mantenha o aparelho num sítio seco e fora do alcance das crianças.
Cuidado! Assim poderá evitar acidentes e ferimentos:
• Este aparelho não se destina para ser usado por pessoas (inclusive crianças) com deficiências físicas, psíquicas e sensorais ou com falta de experiência e/ou por falta de conhecimento sobre o equipamento; exceto na existência de uma pessoa com instrução adequada sobre a utilização do aparelho a qual supervisiona e assume a responsabilidade da segurança.
• Tomar as precauções necessárias para que as crianças não brinquem com o aparelho.
• As pessoas que não estiverem familiarizadas com o manual de instruções de serviço não devem utilizar o aparelho. A utilização do aparelho não é permitida a pessoas com menos de
16 anos de idade.
• O aparelho não deve ser colocado em funcionamento se houver pessoas na
água.
Cuidado! Assim poderá evitar danos ao aparelho e eventuais danos corporais a eles associados:
• Não trabalhe com um aparelho avariado, incompleto ou modificado sem a autorização do fabricante. Solicite a inspecção da existência das medidas necessárias de protecção eléctrica por um técnico especializado.
• Controle o aparelho durante o funcionamento (principalmente se ele estiver em aposentos), a fim de detectar a tempo um desligamento automático ou o funcionamento a seco da bomba.
Verifique regularmente o funcionamento do interruptor flutuante (veja o capítulo “colocação em funcionamento”). Se essas regras não forem observadas, a garantia e as reivindicações de responsabilidade serão perdidas.
• É favor ter em conta que a bomba

não é apropriada para o funcionamento em regime contínuo (p. ex. corrente de água em lagoas de jardim).
Inspeccione o aparelho regularmente para assegurar o seu funcionamento perfeito.
• Tenha em mente que o aparelho possui lubrificantes que, sob determinadas condições, podem escorrer e, com isso, causar danos ou poluição.
Não use a bomba em lagoas de jardim onde haja peixes ou plantas valiosos.
• Não transporte nem fixe o aparelho pelo cabo ou pelo conduto de pressão.
• Proteja o aparelho contra a congela-
ção e o funcionamento a seco.
• Utilize apenas acessórios originais e não execute nenhuma modificação no aparelho.
• Com relação ao assunto “Manutenção e limpeza”, é favor ler as instruções indicadas no manual de serviço.
Todas as outras medidas para além daquelas descritas, nomeadamente a abertura do aparelho, devem ser tomadas por um electricista. No caso de necessidade de reparação, entre sempre em contacto com o nosso serviço de assistência técnica.
Segurança eléctrica:
• Depois da montagem e durante o funcionamento do aparelho, deve-se ter fácil acesso à ficha de rede.
• Antes de colocar a sua nova bomba em funcionamento, solicite a inspec-
ção dos seguintes pontos por um es-

- A ligação à terra, o ajuste a zero e o disjuntor de corrente de avaria devem estar de acordo com os regulamentos de segurança da empresa de abastecimento de energia e em perfeitas condições de funcionamento.
- Protecção das conexões eléctricas de ficha contra a água.
- Se houver perigo de inundação, as conexões de ficha devem ser colocadas numa zona protegida contra inundações.
• Certifique-se de que a tensão de rede corresponde às informações indicadas na chapa de identificação.
• Ligue o aparelho apenas numa tomada com dispositivo de protecção de corrente de avaria (interruptor FI) com uma corrente de dimensionamento não superior a 30 mA. Fusível de, pelo menos, 6 Ampère.
• Cada vez que for usar o aparelho, verifique a presença de danos no aparelho, no cabo e na ficha. Os cabos com defeito não devem ser reparados, mas sim substituídos por um novo.
Solicite a reparação do seu aparelho por um técnico especializado.
• Quando o cabo de ligação deste aparelho estiver danificado, ele terá de ser substituído pelo fabricante, por um
Serviço à Clientela por ele autorizado ou por uma pessoa qualificada para tal, a fim de evitar-se perigos.
• Não use o cabo para puxar a ficha da tomada. Proteja o cabo contra o calor,
óleo e arestas cortantes.
• Não carregue nem fixe o aparelho pelo cabo.
• Utilize unicamente cabos de extensão protegidos contra borrifos de água e autorizados para utilização ao ar livre.

Sempre desenrole totalmente o fio antes de usar o aparelho. Verifique se o cabo está danificado.
• Sempre que for executar serviços no aparelho, durante as pausas e quanto o aparelho não for utilizado, retire a ficha da tomada de corrente.
• As linhas de ligação à rede não devem ter uma secção transversal menor do que os condutos de mangueira de borracha com a marcação H07 RN-F. A linha deve ter 10 m de comprimento.
Uso previsto
A bomba de imersão suja é uma bomba para drenagem e para o bombeamento de água limpa e suja (partículas com uma dimensão máx. de 35 mm) a uma temperatura de, no máximo, 35°C.
Ela pode ser utilizada, p. ex. em casa, na construção de jardins, na lavoura e em aplicações sanitárias. Ela é apropriada, p. ex., para bombear a água e esvaziar reservatórios e recipientes, esvaziar caves inundadas e para a tomada de água a partir de fontes e poços.
Qualquer outra aplicação não autorizada explicitamente neste manual de serviço
(p. ex. bombeamento de géneros alimentícios, água salgada, combustíveis de motores, produtos químicos ou água com materiais abrasivos) pode causar danos no aparelho e representa um sério perigo ao utilizador.
A bomba não é apropriada para o funcionamento em regime permanente, pois ele reduz a vida útil e o tempo de garantia.
O operador ou o utilizador é responsável por quaisquer acidentes ou danos a outras pessoas ou às suas propriedades.
O fabricante não se responsabiliza por danos causados pelo uso fora das especifica-
ções ou operação inadequada do aparelho.
Descrição geral
Funcionamento
A bomba de imersão suja possui uma estrutura em aço inoxidável, uma base de sucção estável e um veio de motor inoxidável com impermeabilização em cerâmica. Ela possui uma camisa de refrigeração através da qual a água bombeada flui ao redor do motor em direcção às duas saídas com rosca em latão. A bomba está guarnecida com um interruptor de flutuador que liga ou desliga automaticamente o aparelho de acordo com o nível de água.
Um interruptor de segurança térmico protege o motor contra sobrecarga.
Poderá obter informações acerca do funcionamento da unidade de comando nas descrições feitas a seguir.

Colocação em funcionamento
Montar/Suspender
se encontra no poço pode secar rapidamente, impedindo a bomba de entrar em funcionamento.
Ligação à rede
A sua bomba já vem equipada com uma ficha de contacto de segurança. A bomba foi projectada para ser conectada a uma tomada de contacto de segurança com 230
V ~ 50Hz.
• As dimensões do poço da bomba devem ser de, pelo menos, 40 x 40 x
50 cm, para que o interruptor do flutuador (7) possa se mover livremente.
• O aparelho pode ser suspendido pelo punho redondo (1) ou colocado sobre o fundo da caixa.
Para suspender e/ou retirar a bomba, poderá utilizar o cabo (11) fornecido com o produto.
Para suspender de maneira segura, enrole o cabo (11) ao redor das duas fixações para cabos direccionadas para baixo e conduza-o para cima através da pega redonda (1).
Nunca suspender o aparelho pelo tubo flexível.
Cuide para nunca segurar nem suspender o aparelho pelo cabo de ligação à rede. Há risco de choque eléctrico se o cabo estiver danificado.
Tenha em conta que, com o passar do tempo, pode haver acumulação de sujidade e areia no fundo do poço, que podem danificar a bomba. Quando houver um nível de

Ajuste do ponto de câmbio liga/ desliga
O ponto de câmbio liga/desliga do interruptor flutuante automático (7) pode ser ajustado mediante alteração da posição do interruptor flutuante automático (7) com auxíio dos engastes para o interruptor flutuante automático.
Antes da tomada em funcionamento, queira verificar os seguintes pontos:
• O interruptor flutuante automático (7) deve ser instalado de tal modo, que a altura de câmbio: LIGA e a altura de câmbio: DESLIGA possam ser acessadas de modo fácil e sem emprego de força física. Para verificar estas condições, coloque a bomba em um recipiente cheio de água, e procure erguer e baixar cuidadosamente com a mão o interruptor flutuante automático
(7). Deste modo é possível verificar se a bomba pode ser ligada/desligada.
• Certifique-se também se a distância entre a cabeça do interruptor flutuante automático (7) e os engastes do interruptor flutuante automático (8) seja suficiente.
Caso esta distância não seja suficiente, não é possível garantir um funcionamento correto e livre de falhas.
• Ao ajustar o interruptor flutuante automático (7) certifique-se que o interruptor flutuante (7) automático não toque o fundo, antes do desligamento da bomba.
Atenção! Perigo de funcionamento a seco e danificação do aparelho.
A tomada em funcionamento
• Verifique se a bomba está em pé fixa sobre o fundo do poço ou suspensa de maneira segura.
• Verifique se o conduto de pressão foi correctamente ligado e se a saída não utilizada da bomba está fechada.
• certifique-se, que a conexão elétrica corresponde a 230V-50Hz,
• verifique o estado correto das tomadas elétricas,
• certifique-se, que jamais entre humidade ou poeira na conexão elétrica,
• evite que a bomba funcione a seco.
Perigo de choque eléctrico.
Indicações de manutenção
Limpe e cuide regularmente do seu aparelho. Desta maneira, poderá garantir a sua eficiência e um tempo de vida prolongado.
Solicite à nossa equipa de assistência técnica a execução de serviços não descritos neste manual de instruções. Utilize unicamente peças originais.
Antes de todo trabalho de manutenção, tire o plug da tomada de corrente. Perigo de choque eléctrico ou de sofrer ferimentos causados por partes móveis.
Trabalhos gerais de limpeza
• Para usar a bomba de modo portátil, esta deve ser limpa com água clara após cada emprego.
• Em caso de instalação fixa, a função do interruptor flutuante automático deve ser verificada periodicamente (no mais tardar a cada três meses).
• Fiapos e partículas fibrosas, que eventualmente tenham sido retidas na carcaça da bomba devem ser retiradas com um jato de água.

• O fundo do poço deve ser periodicamente limpo de lama (no mais tardar a cada três meses). As paredes do poço também devem ser limpas.
• Os depósitos do interruptor flutuante automático devem ser limpos com água clara.
• Caso a bomba fique sem uso por um período de tempo mais prolongado, ela deve ser limpa após o uso e antes de uma nova tomada em funcionamento, pois os depósitos e os restos podem provocar dificuldades de arranque.
Limpeza da roda de pás

1. Desaparafusar o adaptador angular (10) na saída da bomba (3).
2. Retire os 3 parafusos na parte inferior da caixa da bomba e remova (2) a placa de fundo (4).
3. Limpe a roda de pás com água limpa.
4. A montagem é feita na sequência inversa.
Remoção da
Ferramenta/Protecção ao Meio Ambiente
Por favor, coloque o aparelho, os acessórios e a embalagem nos respectivos ecopontos para serem reciclados.
As ferramentas não devem ser deitadas para o lixo doméstico.
No caso da presença de sujidades ou bloqueio da hélice, poderá limpá-la através da saída da bomba (3) ou se desaparafusar a placa do fundo (4):
Todas as outras medidas para além daquelas descritas, nomeadamente a abertura da bomba, devem ser tomadas por um electricista. No caso de necessidade de reparação, entre sempre em contacto com o nosso serviço de assistência técnica.
Armazenagem
• Guarde o aparelho limpo, seco e fora do alcance das crianças.
• Para o armazenamento, desaparafusar o adaptador angular (10).
Entregue o artigo num local de reciclagem. As peças de material sintético e de metal podem ser sujeitas a uma escolha selectiva e, deste modo, prontas para serem recicladas. Para tal, dirija-se aos nossos Serviços de Assistência Técnica.
A eliminação do aparelhos inutilizado que nos enviar será realizada por nós gratuitamente.
Indicações de serviço e garantia
• Concedemos 36 meses de garantia a este aparelho. Será concedida uma garantia menor, de 12 meses, aos aparelhos para exploração comercial e aos aparelhos de troca, de acordo com as disposições legais.
• Esta garantia não contempla danos provocados por desgaste natural, sobrecarga ou uso indevido do aparelho. Determinadas peças estão sujeitas a um desgaste natural ficando, por isso, excluídas da garantia.
Perde-se o direito a garantia no caso de transporte de água arenosa, ou permeada com líquidos agressivos, ou no caso de utilização incorreta, ou inapropriada, assim como, no caso de inobservância das instruções de servi-
ço, de aplicação de força bruta, ou de manutenção incorreta e insuficiente,

pois cada uma destas possibilidades implica que ocorram defeitos nas vedações, na roda livre, no motor, ou em outras peças.
Mesmo bombas de água suja não são apropriadas para o transporte de materiais abrasivos (areia, pedras).
Atenção: bombas submersíveis são bombas de drenagem. A construção de uma bomba submersível tem como objectivo, dentro da sua respectiva categoria de potência, transportar rapidamente um certo volume de
água, ou seja, esvaziá-la. Bombas de drenagem não são apropriadas para serem usadas como bombas de irrig ação (p.ex. para a rega do jardim
) ou como bombas com repuxo de
água ( p.ex. para ribeiros ou fontes).
A garantia não contempla danos causados por uso indevido.
Perde-se o direito a garantia também, e especialmente, caso as bombas de
água suja sejam utilizadas sem a placa de fundamento, ou (isto vale para todas as bombas) em caso de danos ocorridos devido ao fato do aparelho ter sido segurado ou pendurado pelo cabo elétrico. As bombas não devem correr a seco, ou serem expostas a temperaturas inferiores a 0°C.
• A garantia será também ainda válida com a condição de que as instruções sobre a limpeza e manutenção, referidas neste manual, tenham sido respeitadas.
• Danos que tenham sido causados por defeitos de material ou de fabrico serão, nesse caso, substituídas as peças ou reparadas gratuitamente.
Para tal, o aparelho deverá ser devolvido aos nossos Serviços de Assistência Técnica completamente montado mediante a apresentação da factura de compra e do certificado de garantia.
• Poderá encarregar os nossos Servi-
ços de Assistência Técnica de efectuar reparações que não são cobertas pela garantia, remunerando os respectivos serviços. Os nossos Serviços de Assistência Técnica terão muito gosto em fazer um orçamento para si.
No entanto, só poderemos reparar aparelhos que tenham sido devidamente embalados e se o remetente tiver pago a respectiva franquia.
• Não serão aceites aparelhos que
tenham sido enviados pelo remetente sem este ter pago a franquia
– caso se trate de mercadoria volumosa ou correio expresso ou outro tipo de carga especial.
• Nos casos em que a garantia é válida, pedimos ao cliente o favor de contactar os nossos Serviços de Assistência
Técnica que o informarão sobre o processo de reclamação.
• A eliminação do aparelhos inutilizado que nos enviar será realizada por nós gratuitamente.

Electrical safety:

• Before each use, check the equipment, cable and plug for damage. Defective cables are not to be repaired, but rather replaced by new ones.
Have any damage to your equipment repaired by a specialist.
• If the power cable for this equipment is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a customer service agent of the same or a similarly qualified person in order to prevent hazards.
• Do not pull the plug from the socket by the cable. Protect the cable from heat, oil and sharp edges.
• Do not carry or fix the equipment by the cable.
• Use only extension cables that are protected from spray water and designed for outdoor use. Always fully unroll a cable drum before use. Check the cable for damage.
• Before any work on the equipment, during work breaks and in the case of non-use, remove the plug from the socket.
• The cross-section of mains connection lines must be no smaller than rubber hose lines with the designation
H07RN-F. The line must be 10 m long.
Areas of Application
The foul water submersible pump is a drainage pump and designed for transporting water and sewage water (max. particle size 35 mm) up to a temperature of max. 35°C.
It may be used e.g. domestically, in horticulture, in agriculture and in the sanitary industry. It is suitable e.g. for pumping around and pumping out tanks and containers, for pumping out flooded cellars and for removing water from fountains and drains.

Any other use, not expressly authorised in these instructions (e.g. for transporting foodstuffs, salt water, motor fuels, chemical products or water with abrasive materials), may cause damage to the equipment and represent a serious risk for the user.
The pump is not suitable for continuous operation. Continuous operation reduces the durability and shortens the guarantee period.
The operator or user is responsible for accidents or damage to other people or their property.

Initial Operation
Positioning/Hanging
The foul water submersible pump has a stainless steel casing, a stable suction foot and a non-corrosive motor shaft with ceramic seal. It has a cooling jacket, through which the pumped water flows around the motor to the two brass-threaded pump outlets. The pump is fitted with a float switch, which automatically switches the equipment on or off.
The motor is protected from overload by a thermal safety switch.
Please refer to the following descriptions for the function of the operating parts.
• The dimensions of the pump shaft must be not less than 40 x 40 x 50 cm, in order that the float switch (7) can move freely.
• The pump can be suspended by the round handle (1) or placed on the shaft floor.
The pump can be suspended and/or removed using the cable (11) provided.
The diagram of the most important functional elements can be found on the foldout side.
To hang up safely, loop the cord (11) around both of the cable holders that are pointing downwards and pull it upwards through the round handle (1).
Never suspend the pump by the hose.

Adjustment of the float switch
The ON and OFF switching point of the float switch can be adjusted by changing the position of the float switch in the float switch grating. Please check the following points before start of operation.
The pump you have purchases is already fitted with an earthed plug. The pump is intended for connection to an earthed socket at 230 V ~ 50Hz.

• The float switch must be attached so that the switching point ON level and the switching point OFF level can be reached easily and with little expenditure of energy. Check this by placing the pump into a vessel filled with water and lift the float switch carefully by hand and then lower it again. In this case, you can see whether the pump switches on and off.
• Also ensure that the separation distance between the float switch head and the float switch latching mechanism is not too small. In the case of a separation distance which is too small, trouble-free functioning cannot be guaranteed.
• During the adjustment of the float switch, ensure that the float switch does not contact the floor before the pump switches off.
Attention! Risk of running dry and damage to the device.
Operational start-up
• Check that the pump is standing firmly on the bottom of the shaft or hung up safely.
• Check whether the pressure line has been attached correctly and

the unused pump outlet is fully closed.
• Avoid that the pump runs dry.
• Check that the electrical connection is 230V ~50Hz
• Check the proper status of the electrical plug socket and make sure that the plug socket is sufficiently fused (at least 6 A). Insert the pump plug into the plug socket and the pump is ready for operation.
• Make sure that moisture or water never come in contact with the mains connection.
• There is a risk of electrocution.
Maintenance
Instructions
Clean and maintain your equipment regularly. This will guarantee its performance and long durability.
Ask our service centre to carry out any work that is not described in these instructions. Use only original parts. fibrous particles which are possibly present in the pump casing
• Regularly remove sludge from the pit base (at the latest every 3 months) and also clean the shaft walls
• Clean precipitation from the float switch with clear water,
• In the case of a long period of non-use, the pump must be thoroughly cleaned after the last use and before the new use, since difficulties in start-up can arise due to precipitation and residues.
Cleaning the Fan Wheel
In case of soiling or blockage of the impeller, this can be cleaned via the pump outlet (3) or by removing the floor plate (4):

1. Unscrew the bracket adapter
(10) from the pump outlet (3).
2. Remove the 3 screws on the bottom of the pump casing (2) and take off the floor plate (4).
3. Clean the fan wheel using clean water.
4. To re-assemble, reverse this order.
Pull out the power plug before every maintenance operation. There is a risk of electrocution or of injury from moving parts.
General cleaning instructions
• In case of transport for utilization in different locations, the pump must be cleaned with clear water after every use.

Protection
Be environmentally friendly. Return the tool, accessories and packaging to a recycling centre when you have finished with them. Hand the tool in at a recycling centre.
The plastics and metal parts can be separated and recycled. Ask your Service Center about this.
Contact you local government for information regarding the collection systems available.If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being. When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your old appliance for disposals at least free of charge.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities.
Defective units returned to us will be disposed of for free.

• This appliance has a 36-month guarantee; a shorter 12-month guarantee applies if the appliance is to be used for commercial purposes or for replacement appliances according to statutory regulations.
• Damage due to natural wear and tear, overload or incorrect use is excluded from the guarantee. Certain components are subject to normal wear and tear and are excluded from the guarantee.
In the case of pumping water containing sand or aggressive liquids or other incorrect, non-design-appropriate use, as well as in case of non-observance of the operating manual, application of force in use or inappropriate or insufficient maintenance, no guarantee claim exists, since seals, impeller wheel, motor or other parts are damaged by this. Also, sewage water pumps are not suitable for the pumping of abrasive materials (sand, stone).
Note: submersible pumps are drainage pumps. This kind of pump is constructed with the purpose of transporting or removing a certain volume of water – depending on its output category – as quickly as possible. Submersible pumps are not intended as irrigation (for example, in garden irrigation systems) or as constant water-flow pumps (such as in artificial streams or ornamental fountains). Inappropriate use will invalidate the warranty.
In particular, the guarantee is likewise void in the case of employment of the sewage water pumps without base plate or (this applies for all pumps) in case of damages which are caused by supporting on or suspending from the mains cable. The pumps must not be run dry or exposed to frost.
• Furthermore, the prerequisite for guarantee services is that the references indicated in the operating instructions regarding cleaning and maintenance have been adhered to.
• Damage, which has been caused from material or manufacturing faults, will be made good free of charge, by replacement delivery or repair.
This requires that the appliance is returned to our service center undismantled and with proof of purchase and guarantee.
• Repairs, which are not covered by the guarantee, can be carried out for charge by our service center. Our service center will be glad to provide you with a cost estimate.
We can only process devices which have been packaged sufficiently and which have been dispatched with correct stamping.
• Devices sent in freight collect - by
bulk freight, express or with other special freight - are not accepted.

• Beachten Sie, dass in dem Gerät
Schmiermittel zum Einsatz kommen, die u.U. durch Ausfließen Beschädigungen oder Verschmutzungen verursachen können. Setzen Sie die Pumpe nicht in Gartenteichen mit Fischbestand oder wertvollen Pflanzen ein.
• Beim Auslaufen von Schmiermittel können diese die Flüssigkeit verschmutzen.
• Tragen oder befestigen Sie das Gerät nicht am Kabel oder am Schlauch.

- Bei Überschwemmungsgefahr die
Steckverbindungen im überflutungssicheren Bereich anbringen.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzspannung mit den Angaben des Typenschildes übereinstimmt.
• Führen Sie die Elektroinstallation entsprechend der nationalen Vorschriften aus.
• Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine
Steckdose mit Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung (FI-Schalter) mit einem
Bemessungsfehlerstrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA an; Sicherung mindestens 6
Ampere.
• Prüfen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch Gerät,
Kabel und Stecker auf Beschädigungen.

• Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät, in Arbeitspausen und bei Nichtgebrauch den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
• Netzanschlussleitungen dürfen keinen geringeren Querschnitt besitzen als
Gummischlauchleitungen mit der Bezeichnung H07 RN-F. Die Leitungslänge muss 10 m betragen. Der Litzenquerschnitt des Verlängerungskabels muss mindestens 1,5 mm

Partikelgröße 35 mm) bis zu einer Temperatur von max. 35°C bestimmt.
Sie kann eingesetzt werden z.B. im Haushalt, im Gartenbau, in der Landwirtschaft und im Sanitärgewerbe. Sie ist z.B. geeignet zum Um- und Auspumpen von Becken und Behältern, zum Auspumpen überfluteter Keller und zur Wasserentnahme aus
Brunnen und Schächten.
Jede andere Verwendung, die in dieser Anleitung nicht ausdrücklich zugelassen wird
(z.B. Förderung von Lebensmitteln, Salzwasser, Motorenkraftstoffe, chemische
Produkte oder Wasser mit abrasiven
Stoffen) kann zu Schäden am Gerät führen und eine ernsthafte Gefahr für den Benutzer darstellen .
Die Pumpe ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Dauerbetrieb verkürzt die Lebensdauer und reduziert die Garantiezeit.
Der Bediener oder Nutzer ist für Unfälle oder Schäden an anderen Menschen oder deren Eigentum verantwortlich.

Funktionsbeschreibung
Die Schmutzwasser-Tauchpumpe besitzt ein Edelstahl-Gehäuse, einen stabilen
Saugfuß und eine rostfreie Motorwelle mit
Keramik-Dichtung. Sie hat einen Kühlmantel, durch den das gepumpte Wasser um den Motor herum zu den beiden
Pumpausgängen mit Messinggewinde fließt. Die Pumpe ist mit einer Schwimmerschaltung ausgestattet, die das Gerät wasserstandsabhängig automatisch ein- oder ausschaltet.
Ein Thermoschutzschalter schützt den
Motor vor Überlastung.

Inbetriebnahme
Aufstellen/Aufhängen
• Der Pumpenschacht sollte mindestens die Abmessungen von 40 x 40 x 50 cm haben, damit sich der Schwimmerschalter (7) frei bewegen kann.
• Das Gerät kann an dem Rundgriff
(1) aufgehängt werden oder auf den
Schachtboden gestellt werden.

ziehen der Pumpe können Sie das im Lieferumfang enthaltene Seil (11) verwenden.
Zur sicheren Aufhängung schlingen Sie das Seil (11) um zwei der Halterungen des Rundgriffs (1) und führen es durch den Rundgriff (1) nach oben.
Hängen Sie das Gerät niemals am
Schlauch auf.
Achten Sie darauf, das Gerät auf keinen Fall am Netzkabel zu halten oder aufzuhängen. Es besteht die Gefahr eines Stromschlages durch beschädigte
Netzkabel.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich am
Schachtboden im Laufe der Zeit
Schmutz und Sand ansammeln kann, der die Pumpe beschädigen könnte.
Bei zu geringem Wasserspiegel kann der im Schacht befindliche Schlamm schnell eintrocknen und die Pumpe am Anlaufen hindern.

2. Stülpen Sie den Schlauch über das Reduzierstück (9) und befestigen Sie ihn mit einer Schlauchschelle.
Oder verwenden Sie eine
Schraubverbindung am Winkeladapter (10) bzw. am Reduzierstück (9).

Funktion des Schwimmschalters prüfen
Die von Ihnen erworbene Pumpe ist bereits mit einem Schutzkontaktstecker versehen. Die Pumpe ist bestimmt für den
Anschluss an eine Schutzkontaktsteckdose mit 230 V ~ 50Hz.
Anschluss der Leitung
Die Installation der Pumpe erfolgt
- entweder mit fester Rohrleitung
- oder mit flexibler Schlauchleitung.

1. Schrauben Sie den Winkeladapter
(10) auf den Pumpenausgang (3).
Der Schwimmschalter (7) ist so eingestellt, dass eine sofortige Inbetriebnahme möglich ist. Bei stationärer Installation muss die Funktion des Schwimmschalters (7) regelmäßig (spätestens alle drei Monate)
überprüft werden.
Der Ein- bzw. Aus-Schaltpunkt des
Schwimmschalters (7) kann durch Verändern der Position des Schwimmschalters (7) in der Schwimmschalter-Rasterung (siehe
A
Nr. 8) eingestellt werden.
• Der Schwimmschalter (7) muss so positioniert sein, dass die Schaltpunkthöhe
„Ein“ und die Schaltpunkthöhe „Aus“

leicht und mit wenig Kraftaufwand erreicht werden kann. Prüfen Sie dies, in dem Sie die Pumpe in ein Gefäß, gefüllt mit Wasser, stellen und den Schwimmschalter (7) mit der Hand vorsichtig hochheben und anschließend wieder senken. Dabei können Sie sehen, ob die Pumpe sich ein- bzw. ausschaltet.
• Achten Sie auch darauf, dass der
Abstand zwischen dem Schwimmschalterkopf und der Schwimmschalterrasterung (8) nicht zu gering ist. Bei zu geringem Abstand wird die einwandfreie Funktion nicht gewährleistet.
• Achten Sie bei der Einstellung darauf, dass der Schwimmschalter (7) nicht vor dem Ausschalten der Pumpe den
Boden berührt. Achtung! Gefahr des
Trockenlaufens und Beschädigung
des Gerätes.
Reinigung, Wartung,
Lagerung
Reinigen und pflegen Sie Ihr Gerät regelmäßig. Dadurch wird seine Leistungsfähigkeit und eine lange Lebensdauer gewährleistet.
Lassen Sie Arbeiten, die nicht in dieser Anleitung beschrieben sind, von unserem Service-Center durchführen. Verwenden Sie nur Originalteile.
Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten an dem Gerät den Netzstecker.
Es besteht die Gefahr eines Stromschlages oder Verletzungsgefahr durch bewegliche Teile.
Allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten
Prüfungen vor Inbetriebnahme
• Prüfen Sie, ob die Pumpe fest auf dem Schachtboden steht oder sicher aufgehängt ist.
• Prüfen Sie, ob der Schlauch ordnungsgemäß angebracht wurde.
• Vermeiden Sie, dass die Pumpe trocken läuft (Schwimmschalter richtig einstellen).
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der elektrische Anschluss 230 V ~
50 Hz beträgt.
• Überprüfen Sie den ordnungsgemäßen Zustand der elektrischen Steckdose und dass diese ausreichend abgesichert ist (mind. 6A).
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass nie Feuchtigkeit oder Wasser an den Netzanschluss kommen kann. Es besteht die Gefahr eines Stromschlages.
• Nicht stationär installierte Geräte:
Reinigen Sie die Pumpe nach jedem
Gebrauch mit klarem Wasser.
• Stationär installierte Geräte: Prüfen Sie die Funktion des Schwimmschalters
(7) regelmäßig (spätestens alle drei
Monate).
• Entfernen Sie Fusseln und faserige
Partikel, die sich im Pumpengehäuse eventuell festgesetzt haben, mit einem
Wasserstrahl.
• Reinigen Sie den Schwimmschalter (7) von Ablagerungen mit klarem Wasser.
• Befreien Sie den Schachtboden regelmäßig von Schlamm (spätestens alle
3 Monate) und reinigen Sie auch die
Schachtwände
• Wenn Sie die Pumpe einen längeren
Zeitraum nicht benutzt haben, dann muss die Pumpe nach dem letzten
Einsatz und vor Neueinsatz gründlich gereinigt werden. Infolge von Ablagerungen und Rückständen kann es sonst

zu Anlaufschwierigkeiten kommen.
Reinigung des Flügelrades
Bei Verschmutzung oder Blockierung des Flügelrades können Sie dieses über den Pumpenausgang (3) oder durch Abschrauben der Bodenplatte (4) reinigen:
Geben Sie das Gerät an einer Verwertungsstelle ab. Die verwendeten Kunststoff- und Metallteile können sortenrein getrennt werden und so einer Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden. Fragen Sie hierzu unser Service-Center.
Die Entsorgung Ihrer defekten eingesendeten Geräte führen wir kostenlos durch.
Ersatzteile

1. Schrauben Sie den Winkeladapter (10 )am Pumpenausgang
(3) ab.
2. Entfernen Sie die 3 Schrauben an der Unterseite des Pumpengehäuses (2) und nehmen Sie die Bodenplatte (4) ab.
3. Reinigen Sie das Flügelrad mit klarem Wasser.
4. Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Alle darüber hinausgehenden Maßnahmen, insbesondere das Öffnen der Pumpe, sind von einer Elektrofachkraft auszuführen. Wenden Sie sich im Reparaturfall immer an unser Service-Center.
Lagerung
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät gereinigt, trocken und außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
• Zur Aufbewahrung schrauben Sie den
Winkeladapter (10) ab
Entsorgung/
Umweltschutz
Führen Sie Gerät, Zubehör und Verpackung einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zu.
Elektrogeräte gehören nicht in den
Hausmüll.
Verwenden Sie zum Nachkauf von Ersatzteilen die angegebene Service-Adresse oder Fax-Nummer.
Garantie
• Für dieses Gerät leisten wir 36 Monate
Garantie. Für gewerbliche Nutzung und Austauschgeräte gilt eine verkürzte Garantie von 12 Monaten, gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
• Schäden, die auf natürliche Abnutzung, Überlastung oder unsachgemäße Bedienung zurückzuführen sind, bleiben von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Bestimmte Bauteile unterliegen einem normalen Verschleiß und sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Es besteht insbesondere kein Garantieanspruch beim Fördern von abrasiven Materialien (Sand, Steine) oder aggressiven Flüssigkeiten, bei Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung oder
Gewaltanwendung, da dadurch Dichtungen, Flügelrad, Motor oder andere
Teile beschädigt werden.
Achtung: Tauchpumpen sind Entwässerungspumpen. Die Konstruktion einer
Tauchpumpe verfolgt den Zweck, im
Rahmen ihrer Leistungsklasse möglichst rasch ein bestimmtes Volumen Wasser zu fördern, bzw. abzupumpen. Tauchpumpen sind nicht geeignet als Bewäs-

serungspumpen (z.B. zur Gartenbewässerung) oder als Dauerlaufpumpen (z.B. für Bachläufe oder Teichfontänen). Bei
Zweckentfremdung erlischt der Garantieanspruch.
Der Garantieanspruch erlischt auch beim Einsatz der Pumpe ohne Bodenplatte oder bei Beschädigungen, die durch Halten oder Aufhängen am
Netzkabel verursacht werden. Die
Pumpen dürfen nicht trocken laufen oder Frost ausgesetzt werden.
• Voraussetzung für Garantieleistungen ist zudem, dass die in der Betriebsanleitung angegebenen Hinweise zur
Reinigung und Wartung eingehalten wurden.
• Schäden, die durch Material- oder
Herstellerfehler entstanden sind, werden unentgeltlich durch Ersatzlieferung oder Reparatur beseitigt.
Voraussetzung ist, dass das Gerät unzerlegt und mit Kauf- und Garantienachweis an unser Service-Center zurückgegeben wird.
• Sie können Reparaturen, die nicht der
Garantie unterliegen, gegen Berechnung von unserem Service-Center durchführen lassen. Unser Service-
Center erstellt Ihnen gerne einen Kostenvoranschlag.
Wir können Geräte nur bearbeiten, die ausreichend verpackt und frankiert eingesandt wurden.
Eventuelle Sachschäden während des
Transportes gehen zu Lasten des Absenders.
