9.1 CROP LOSS AT CUTTERBAR

Does Not Pick-Up Down

Crop.

Heads Shattering Or

Breaking Off.

Cut Grain Falling Ahead Of

Cutterbar.

Cutterbar too high.

Header angle too flat.

Reel too high.

Reel too far back.

Ground speed too fast for reel speed.

Reel fingers not lifting crop sufficiently.

Reel speed too fast.

Reel too low.

Ground speed too fast.

Crop too ripe.

Ground speed too slow.

Reel speed too slow.

Reel too high.

Cutterbar too high.

Reel too far forward.

Cutting at speeds over 6 mph

Increase finger pitch aggressiveness.

Install lifter guards.
