SECTION 9. TROUBLESHOOTING

Header Lift Insufficient.

Insufficient Draper Speed.

Draper Will Not Drive.

Draper Stalling.

Hesitation In Flow Of Bulky

Crop.

Drapers Back-Feed.

Low relief pressure.

Speed control set too low.

Increase relief pressure.

Increase control setting.

Windrower header drive too slow.

Worn out gear pump.

Pressure compensator (V7) set too low.

Drapers are loose.

Drive or idler roller wrapped with material.

Slat or connector bar jammed by frame or material.

Roller bearing seized.

Increase relief pressure to recommended setting.

Adjust to correct speed for windrower model.

Replace pump.

Adjust to increase setting.

Tighten drapers.

Loosen draper and clean rollers.

Loosen draper and clear obstruction.

Low hydraulic oil.

Replace.

Fill windrower reservoir to full level.

Incorrect relief setting at flow control valve.

Adjust relief setting.

Material not feeding evenly off sickle.

Header angle too flat.

Material overload on drapers.
